Weston is One!

I had such a great time running around with Weston and the rest of the S Family during some of the unseasonably nice weather we’ve had! He has grown so much since the last time I saw him, but he’s still as handsome as ever – and, holymoly, is that kid mobile. He definitely kept me on my toes. : )
(Does it make me a weenie to admit I was sore after this shoot? Props to you parentfolk! …Do people still give props?)

Sweet baby Weston’s newborn shoot is here.

Can’t wait to see you guys again!! I hope you LOVE your photos. There are so many more that I wanted to post!! This year has flown by…and I’m so honored you asked me to photograph you again. I hope I can continue to document your family.

Brad + Randi, Wedding Part II

Brad and Randi married in the Moslah Motor Corps Building in Fort Worth, Texas. Their ceremony post is here.

Brad and Randi were mobbed (in the most loving way possible) by their friends and family shortly after they came down the aisle. The couple and their guests enjoyed a super-tasty dinner and wedding cakes from Creative Memories in Hurst. Michael Cote‘s fantastic music filled the air all evening…until it was time for Brad and Randi to leave the Moslah Motor Corps Building as husband and wife.

B+R – I love you guys.

Brad and Randi’s engagement post is here.

Rachel - I love these pictures. This couple looks like they had so much fun and the love they have for each other is obvious! Wonderful work! And congrats to the super adorable couple!

Brad + Randi, Wedding Part I

On the last Friday in 2011, Brad married Randi in front of their families, friends, and Shrine family (three groups that, for Brad and Randi, are one in the same) in the Moslah Motor Corps Building in Fort Worth, Texas.

Randi and her mama started the day getting their hairs done at Amazing Grace Salon, and after a quick stop where they met Randi’s best friends, they joined Brad and a team of fantastic helpers (led by Delaine the Coordinator) who were getting the Motor Corps Building wedding-ready with the help of Sheri’s beautiful decorations. Brad and Randi chose to have their bridal party portraits prior to their ceremony, since their wedding would start after the sun set. The floral arrangements were gorgeous and from Greene’s Florist in Weatherford (apparently owned by the John the Groomsman’s wife). Their ceremony was officiated by their dear friend, Scooter. : ) It was full of tons of beautiful cry-laugh moments. Speaking of moments, there were a few could’ve-been-scary moments as Brad and his bride came down the aisle. Luckily, Randi recovers quickly…and her guests and her brand new husband would’ve caught her had she lost her balance. We’ll wrap this post up with Randi’s best friends, Coral and Heather, bustling her. Be sure to check back soon for the Part II – The Reception!

Brad and Randi’s engagement post is here.

There aren’t even words…but I’m going to try. It was an honor to reconnect with Randi and meet her Brad, an honor to hang with them and meet their supercool pups and their supercool town, an honor to assist Randi in giving Brad a SUPERRAD wedding gift, an honor to work with an entire team of vendors who love the bride and groom like family, and an honor to document their wedding day. Brad + Randi…I love you both. I’m so glad you chose us; I’m so honored to have you both in my life. Randi – I have never seen you happier or more at peace with yourself. Brad – I’m so happy you bring out the best in her…and you seem pretty fantastic yourself. If you two think I’m letting another twelve years go by…you’re out of your minds.

Randi Felmey - Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful!! Thank you Monica!! We are so very lucky to have you capture our day with such care!! We love you and welcome to the family!!!!!

Sweet Baby Atlas. Almost 3 months.

I’ve photographed this sweet little guy a couple of times – and seeing him grow and change has been so neat! We did this shoot a couple of weeks before he was officially three months old. I love Atlas’s santa suit – and, naturally, we had to get Roscoe back in on the photoshoot action.

Merry Christmas!

Atlas – Thanks for making all those adorable faces! I can’t wait to see you again!

Cap'n W - These are awesome! Every baby you shoot looks so cute that I’m wondering if it’s the clients or the photographer. Keep up the great work!

The Rivera + McDaniel Family!

I was so glad Sandra contacted me – especially when we were able to get her entire family together…they were all overdue for some family portraits! : ) We had a great time photographing at the Rivera home and some private property in Kaufman.

Hope you love your images McDaniel and Rivera families!
